When Do I Register Ut
Students already registered as UT students must register for courses, so they tin can participate in bookish activities such as tutorials, practice/practicum and Semester Final Exam (UAS). 1. Choosing Courses
Each form is given a code indicating the study program, instruction level, academic yr, and sequence of courses. Instance:
Students are advised to choose courses with codes from the everyman level and sequence.
For Non-Pendas Program students, the maximum number of courses that tin can be registered at each registration period is 24 sks with a maximum of 10 courses. For new Pendas Program students, courses to be registered consist of i (one) package. If a educatee registers for two or more courses with exams taking identify on the same day (ambivalent), 1 or more than from those courses will be cancelled (according to the alphabetic order of the course codes). The schedule of exams for courses MKDU4111 and ESPA4111 clash, since the exams will take place at the aforementioned fourth dimension, which is day 2 menstruum 4 of test mean solar day. ii. How to Register Courses
- Annals for the course at the UPBJJ-UT, which can be done straight, through telephone, letter of the alphabet, fax, email or text bulletin to UPBJJ-UT.
- Receive the LTR from the UPBJJ-UT.
- Verify the accuracy of the LTR. In the issue of inaccuracies of data, immediately inform the officer at the UPBJJ-UT for correction.
- Pay the didactics cost direct at Bank BRI/BTN/MANDIRI or through the ATM in the amount invoiced in the LTR, before the borderline for payment equally stated on the LTR, and so you are officially a pupil and registered to take the Semester Final Exam (UAS).
- Not-Pendas students living overseas must register at the Jakarta UPBJJ-UT, unless the student is living in Malaysia and Singapore, so registration must be done at the Batam UPBJJ-UT.
